I can't find the screen recording button on my Quick Panel A13

I can't find the screen recording button on my Quick Panel. I have a Galaxy A13.

Pull down from top then was swipe over left then you will see a plus symbol press than drop and drag screen record to the drop down menu

My galaxy A13 5G doesn't have the screen recording option nether in the settings and not the quick panel ether but I don't think both galaxy A13 LTE and 5G have it at all
