I can't reset my password in secure folder

I try everything but nothing is working I restarted my password for my account I don't see restart password and I try the password it was suppose to be and I am lock out. How can I open my secure folder? Please help

Long press the secure folder and press the little info button and after that press "Secure Folder settings". Once you've pressed it go to lock type and put in you're secure folder password then you can change the password.

I try but it sends me back to the lock screen

Do you try to put in the password into it

Yes and I lock out for 10 minutes

You can also just reset it using your Samsung account

I try that and I am still lock out

Did you press "Forgot pin"

I don't see that

Get the password wrong once and see if it says "Forgot password"
