Is there a Secure Folder for the A21?

if you are talking about Secure Folder, bitvis under Biometrics and Security in Settings.

I believe that you can download it in the Galaxy Store just in case you don't have it.

from what I'm told by samsung it is not available. I had the a20 before my a21 but I lost it. now I can't get any of my info that was stored in it.

If you go to the app store and try to get Secure Folder it says the app is not compatible with the A21.
