A Series & Other MobileHi .after the system update before 5 month, secure folder in f13 stopped working so i tryed to reinstall it but after uninstall it i couldn't install it again..now i am asking how could i restore data from it or how can i install it

A Series & Other MobileHello Socratgh, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is to not be able to access your data in the Secure Folder.
Here is a link with many steps for using the Secure Folder, including uninstalling the app, setting up the app, and restoring data. (@270 is correct in that the folder can no longer be backed up, but you can restore data from a previous backup.) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00081123/
