Issue with making a secure folder

I wanted to create a security folder but I couldn't make one the system says if this keeps happening contact customer service then I tried multiple times but the secure folder was not created I kindly urge the samsung customer service to look into the problem and give us a good solution kindly resolve the problem quickly

Sorry but this is a User to User support community you need to tap the support tab at the bottom of the members app and submit feedback or contact customer service as the notice suggests.
