A Series & Other MobileHave over the ear JBL earbuds. For a while they worked fine, then they would go in and out of Bluetooth. Now, l cant get them to connect at all. What am l doing wrong? Thx for the help.

I emailed JBL about an equalizer issue, and they emailed me back very quickly, and my issue was resolved. I think there is a hard reset sequence by holding the volume up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Also, are you using the app to connect. You should be. JBL IS the best I have, Sony, as well, and it pales in comparison.

If they go in and out of Bluetooth, it could be a weak signal, or the app conflicting would be my best guess.
