Lack of Bluetooth connection to watch or earbuds

My phones Bluetooth won't  connect with my watch or earbuds

I've rest everything but no connection

Does it connect with anything else, or are those the only things you've tried to connect?  You can run phone diagnostics on the BT and see if it comes up with any errors.  settings/device care/diagnostics.
