Keep getting a screen notification of the last action I did Galaxy A32?

Y everything I delete an app or something I get a on screen notification..... THAT TELLS ME WHAT ME MYSELF

Try this. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action.

Choose a short setting and see if it helps.
