M32 Phone operating itself

Hello everyone

I am using samsung m32 from last 4 months but a few days ago and till now i have been frustrated by a problem.

Problem is that my m32 is operating itself.

For example sometimes when i switch on my phone it gets hanged and then when i unlock its starts other applications like contacts, camera, settings, etc. Even navigation bar and menu bar both doesn't seem to be work during this process.

And even it does not allow me to switch off my phone.

Please tell me solution for this problem as soon as possible.
