Members app not compatible when opening from the Google Play Store

The Samsung Members app when I try to open it through Google play says that my device is not compatible with them anymore! OMG?! MY Device (phone) is a Samsung Galaxy 12 cellphone!

When I try to uninstall it just stays in the play store and says "update"

On my pixel 8 is says the app is incompatible from the Play Store, the web version of the Galaxy Store and side loading the apk. Why?

Yes because it requires a Samsung phone.

Beautiful, can't register my products through their website because their website has claimed its "under maintenance" on all my browsers for the past 4 months and I can't register with their app because they're Anti-consumer and trying to force me to buy their phone just to use an app.

I will never purchase another Samsung product in my life, just trying to register my products has been a nightmare.
