I'm new here. Just got a Galaxy A15 a couple of months back. Yesterday, it stopped recognizing my SD card. It's saying No card installed. My photos stored was there last week and now it says I don't have a card in, but I do. My phone provider suggested I call Samsung. I even tried another card, but it did the same thing. Should I try a new card? Or should I call Samsung? I have a card installed now but it says no card.

Put the SD card beack in your phone, making sure it is firmly seated and reboot your phone. If it is still not being recognized, run a diagnostic. Settings/device care/diagnostics. Ther is a disgnostic for the SD card. Also, if you have a computer with an SD card reader, try inserting the car d ther and seing if its readable. If its6 not, it's a bad card.

Thanks. Already done both. Diagnostic said the card is damaged. Don't know how it got like that. It was working fine until yesterday
