My Ao5 screen turned off while browsing and won't turn back on

i was browsing on my device and the screen went off.

it has been two days now and it does not come on at all even when it is plugged in.

i tried the power button and down volume button thing. i long pressed the power button too and no sign.

the device was about 40% when it went off. 

what do i do.

i just got it and it is still under warranty

If it won’t power on you would need to contact support and have it sent in for repair or contact a service center near you.
