Why does my Galaxy A 50 keep coming on all by itself for no reason?

Have you tried checking your notification settings? I know this will light your screen up once it's in like a sleep mode state. Is that what is happening or is the unit powered off and it powers itself on? Can you elaborate more on the symptoms you're experiencing?

No its not due to notification or it being in sleep mode. When its off by touching the right side bottom buttom not holding it then pressing Power Off it will come on when i put it in my pocket, or pick it up, or for what ever reason it choses it comes on.

Sounds like you're referring to the lift to wake feature. The lift to wake feature allows you to turn on the display by simply lifting your phone from a table or removing it from your pocket. From the settings search for and select Lift to wake. Once you see the feature, select the switch next to lift to wake to turn this feature off.
