Never set up my voicemail

Just bought A54. It tells me I have a voicemail. I never set up voicemail and it is asking for a password. How can this be fixed?

As voicemail is a carrier provided service, have you tried reaching out to them about this yet? Alternatively, you can call and set up most voicemails by holding "1" from the Dialer.
