Here is an article with some troubleshooting steps you can try. https://www.ubreakifix.com/blog/fix-no-service-signal-samsung-android If you are still not receiving a network signal, and are having trouble placing or receiving calls and texts you will need to follow up with your service provider for additional troubleshooting steps.
