A Series & Other MobilePhone is a phone, if it's a hardware issue, BB should be able to at least tell you whether they can or not, but for the price BB will charge you, you might just as well buy a new phone. Where in NY are you looking for a shop? Are you visiting, relocated, or just bought a non-US version?

A Series & Other Mobile@Sakib14 If you are in the US, Best Buy won't be able to repair a non-US phone. Doubtful that Samsung Support here would have parts, etc. for that phone. You might be able to find some random shop that can do it.

A Series & Other MobileIn NY, you might try looking for a shop in a section of town that has a large population of the ethnic group for the phone's region.
