I have the Galaxy A13 5G & looking for help. I made a purchase of more coins while playing the GoldDigger FVRV game thru the Samsung Free app on 1/20/2023. The payment on my debit card has cleared & I received a receipt as well. The issue that I need help with is that I never received what I had purcased to use on the game.
I have tried to contact support about the problem but have not had any luck finding any one who knows how to correct it.
Could you please advise the best way to proceed forward with this issue.
