I just got the A35 because my last phone, the A13 broke and I tried to import everything and it successfully imported everything but my messages and it looks like every time it hits 30%, it would stop and tell me that it can't restore data. How can I get my messages?
Not sure about being able to get the messages but the cloud issue is worrying would suggest possible corruption of files backed up best advice is to goto settings than device care and run the diagnostic test
You might have to download a good scanner app from playstore,amd depending on which browser you use just make either chrome or samsung internet your default, until you can figure out the problem.it will work the same
