Samsung Galaxy J3 updates?

Hello, I am trying to update my Android version on my phone. How may I do that? Please help me out, I'd appreciate it.

In settings at bottom should see software update

If you have the J3 than you are going to have to check samfirmware website and look yo see if there is a more up to date firmware.
THEN YOU HAVE TO FLASH IT VIA Odin with PC...I used to have this phone and I really liked it..I rooted mine
