Samsung phone is recording calls at random

Does anyone know why your phone starts recording your phone calls when it wants to? Can not find it in settings or anywhere. Does anyone else have this problem?

I've seen that option in settings...somewhere. some things do not open unless you tap on them. It doesn't appear to be anything to click on but if you tap it a new screen will pop up. I found this by accident. But it's there. Sorry I couldnt be more specific.

@Wiggles1960 This is not something that the phone can do natively. Due to various laws across the US, Samsung does not provide this capability.

You must have installed a 3rd party app or extension which is doing it.
