Can someone tell me how I can restore the color back to the screen of my phone? Everything is currently in black and white

To disable Grayscale:

1. Open settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Visibility enhancements
4. Click on Color adjustment
5. Turn this off or pick something other than Grayscale

This can be triggered by sleep mode:

1. Open settings
2. Click on Modes and Routines
3. Turn off Sleep mode
