A Series & Other MobileI purchased a Galaxy A54 5G phone from the Samsung store in Terminal 21 in Bangkok in April 2023 while I was living in Thailand.
After uploading a software update, on 30 May the device will NOT access the sim card in the slot. (in fact, it does not show the IMEI in the "about phone" information ... ?)
Samsung service reps in the US & Thailand has insisted the fix must be provided within the other region. Samsung is a global company but their devices are NOT ... !?!
Please provide a solution for the problem I have with this device.

Samsung mobile devices do not carry an international warranty due to different requirements for different regions.
