Hello. I have a samsung galaxy A21 I just bought last year in 2020. The speaker has stopped working but the headphone Jack works and the bluetooth audio works. I tried playing a song on it and it didnt play at all.

Thank you for reaching out. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue. If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms,  I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location  or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
