Unable to get my "Hey Google" to work when screen is off Galaxy A13 5G

I cannot get my hey Google to work when the screen is off. It works perfectly fine when the screen is on but when the screen is off it will not work I turned on every setting they told me to and it still does not work hey goggle when screen is off can someone please help me. It's for my hourly pop pop and in case of emergency that can save his life so it's really important to get it working. Please somebody help thanks.

Have you calibrated your voice? Then you must make sure battery saver is not allowed to put voice to sleep. Most importantly you must tuen on google/ Gemini on lock screen.

Can someone please help me I still haven't figured this out. I have a Samsung Galaxy a13 5G and I want my hey Google to work when my screen is off but it does it when my screen is on and I say hey Google it works just fine if someone can tell me what option I'm missing or something because I went through it several times and I did everything I was told and it still doesn't work when the screen is off. Thanks in advance for your help I really appreciate it!
