Unable to receive picture messages from iPhones Galaxy A13 5G

For the past month, I have been unable to receive images texted to me from IPhones. Images show up from other androids though. I have reset network and of course restarted it, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Please contact your carrier for assistance. Texting is part of your phone plan with them and they would be the best source to assist you.
