Unable to swipe left for google discover with new update (A53)

Anyone else having an issue with not being able to swipe left for google discover?

@Snwwzy Try this:

1. Long press on a blank spot on your home screen. Until the screen shrinks and icons appear along the bottom. 
2. Swipe right until the left most screen appears. 
3. Swipe the toggle in upper right corner to enable that screen and select whether you want Samsung News or Google Discover.
