I wish to use smart switch to save my Samsung android details on my Windows PC before cleaning the phone of all private details and then to be sent away for repair and when it is returned reinstalling the details. The problem is I read that loading it back to the same phone is not possible. Is this correct
My phone is a Samsung A40 - I have a the same google account on PC and phone - and I can transfer images and documents to PC by cable.
Any advice on procedures would be must welcome to a novice
