Samsung A14 running slow and freezes up

Phone is running slow and freezes up also. What can I do?

Go through all apps and clear cache.
Preform a Wipe Cache Partition
Power off device,while phone is off press power key and volume up key simultaneously, when your device vibrates let go of keys, you will be in the bootloader menu use the volume down keys to scroll to Wipe cache partition, press the Power key for yes.
Reboot now press power key for yes.
