Do you mean while connected using the Samsung Internet app?

OR do you mean when any app is connected to the internet.

Some financial apps/sites may block screenshots. But otherwise, it should work.

Sorry anytime I open my internet browser. I can not find the turn off option under browsing settings

@kaa There is no setting in Samsung Internet to block screenshots. 

Check Browser -> Add ons. It may be an "Add on" that you installed that is blocking. 

As a troubleshooting step, try booting in safe mode. If you can take screenshots while booted in safe mode, it is a 3rd party app causing your problem.

You might have incognito mode (secret mode) on without knowing. It won't allow you to take screenshots of that. Or the site that you want a shot on just dosnt allow them all together
