my tag stop tracking and functioning so i changed the batteries and then it stopped sending location again but with sufficient battery. I tried restarting it but it wont even make the jingle its suppose to i have already disconnected it from smart thing what can i do now help please, i need it
Oh sorry, that's all I got it might have just died and needs an rma. Maybe leave the battery out of it for like five minutes and while it's out hold the button for like 30 seconds to drain it's power. Then try again just putting in the battery.
