Computers
I have the Samsung galaxy 4k chromebook fiesta red. The track pad works for about ten minutes after start up then goes haywire. It's almost completely unresponsive to the touch but moves around on it's own and clicks stuff. I'm highly disappointed about this considering I paid around $1,300 for this product. And please don't tell me to update the driver or turn on my track pad this is a manufacturer error.

ComputersHey, just to piggyback off of Geno71. Give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01205025/
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

ComputersMight be a software issue too... Did you try resetting the device? Something similar to reinstall / factory reset? I'm not familiar enough with Chromebooks, but I assume they have something like it. And with Google, most of your data should be in a cloud anyway, but make sure to back anything you might need later. If that doesn't help, then it might be a hardware thing, and if you're still in your warranty period, Samsung should take care of it.
