Chromebook Not Connecting to Internet and Restarts

My chromebook is not connecting to the internet restarted multiple times and it's not working and when it gets hot nothing works it just glitches.....

Hello! I understand how these two issues can be a cause for concern. I just want to confirm that you have tried the troubleshooting steps in the link below for the connection issues? Also, for the issue with it overheating do you have any kind of case/cover over the chrome book that could be blocking the vents?
