Hi!

Recently my Galaxy book 3 - 360 wich I bought from Best Buy about a year ago, started making a popping sound on the bottom right corner near the hinge when I touch it, open/close the laptop, or lean my hand on the screen near it. I've researched the issue, and it seems that the bottom gray frame under the screen is loose, as if the glue came off. It really bugs me and I was wondering if there is anything I can do like fix it or send it in. Note, I already payed 900 bucks for this laptop only a year ago, so any extravagent cost for repair would be out of my options.

Thanks!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be a cause for concern. Since this is happening you can check the bottom to see if any screws are missing but other than that service is the only option we can provide. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.

- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.

Just my thoughts it would depend on the cause or extent of the damage. It could just become loose or maybe broke tab
