I forgot the password to my Samsung t5 portable storage media.

Hello Samsung. I have forgot the password to my Samsung t5 portable storage media as i have said above. I have tried all the passwords i can remember. None of them worked. I am wondering if you can help me.

@TytanCodes You would need to reach out to support directly to see if they have a recommendation. Unfortunately, for security reasons, they probably don't have a solution which would allow you to recover the contents.

If the password is forgotten, users need to have T5 to be restored to factory setting through online service rendered by our customer service centers.

@TytanCodes You can visit https://www.samsung.com/us/support/ and click the floating blue "Contact" bubble in lower right. 

Or you can open the Samsung Members app, click on Support in lower right and then click on Text chat or Remote support.
