ComputersI am experiencing an extreme amount of lag when watching video on my Book 2 Pro 360 with the Buds Pro. When I use other bluetooth headphones, there is no issue. Is there a way to fix this?

ComputersI can definitely understand your concern here. Does this occur when listening to music? Does this occur when using the buds with any other device? Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/#poor-sound-when-playing-music
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial and IMEI number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
