I see alot of people are having their wifi network card dissappear in device manager. I have tried several things and I my wifi card will not come back. Samsung tech support told me to do a factory reset and when I explain to him that other people had the same problem and a factory reset would not work he got mad. I love their phones but I am really having second thoughts about their laptops and I own 2. I will tried again with their tech support tomorrow 08/02/2022 and see what happen.
Try using SDI. I don't have any issues with my Pro 360. SDI means Snappy Driver Installer. Use another computer to download the entire thing, put it on a flashdrive, and use it on the laptop. Or, you can buy a USB c Ethernet adapter
