Samsung Book 2 360 - Slow charge

Hi,

I've got this Samsung Galaxy Book 2 360 and it works pretty well, with exception of the charge rate. No matter what charger I try (the original or alternatives) the charge rate doesn't go beyond 26W/h (when it's supposed to be 65W/h). Is it possible the charge rate is being limited somehow by the OS or any software?

I've checked this using HWINFO64, and it correlates with the time it takes to charge (about 2.5 hours for a full charge).

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

The charge rate is variable based on battery percentage and current power usage of the device.
