I downloaded samsung update on my laptop vÃa Windows marketplace and installed it. When I go to open it nothing happen jjust stay on the open screen with a big blue circule in the middle and stay there for ever. Any ideas?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! That's definitely strange how the updater is not working properly. But there is a couple of steps that you can try to get your laptop updated. I first would recommend uninstalling the Samsung update app and reinstalling it, but before trying to open it I would recommend restarting the computer first.
