Touchpad and mouse freezing

freezing touch pad and mouse Galaxy Chromebook, 256GB, 8GB RAM, Fiesta Red

tried cleaning,  like it is trying to use multiple touch pads/mouse at the same time and then it crashes.  Anyone have these issues?

Reinstall the drivers.
