ComputersIt seems there's a compatibility issue between the Chromebook and the HP 8139e printer regarding printing multiple copies. The printer doesn't consistently honor the default number of copies or the copies requested via the Print dialog on the Chromebook. This behavior varies based on the default number of copies set on the printer. Despite troubleshooting efforts with HP Support and ensuring ChromeOS is up-to-date, the issue persists. It might be worth reaching out to Samsung for further assistance, as suggested.

ComputersThanks Charles. Are you saying that you also recreated this issue, or just summarizing my issue?
I did reach out to Samsung Support, and they said "HP Support now handles all of our printer support" - so I'm getting the run-around.
I emailed my escalation contact at HP Support about this a few times now, and no response.
