Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how wanting to upgrade your OS will be useful. I agree with both @Charkatak and @Diaboyos. Depending on what specs your laptop has you may not be able to run either windows 10 or 11. As the spec requirements have changed a lot since Windows 7 first came out.  You can look at the Microsoft website here below to look at what specs you would need for Windows 10 and Windows 11. And in your situation, if you are updating from the previous version you would be required to have Windows 10 first before updating to Windows 11.

Is your laptop eligible to get windows 11 or you just want to force the installation? I would suggest you get windows 10 on it

You need to check the stats to be sure you can run 10 first. I have a 7 machine that has great stats but the generation of the cpu doesn't support 10 even though the speed of the cpu is much higher than what is required. So with a newer generation, slower cpu it would work. But with my older generation, faster cpu it doesn't.

Newer Samsung laptops now have One UI Book replacing stock Windows 11. There is no word yet on the next One UI Book 5 upgrade with Windows 11.1 (22H2).
