Hi all!

I recently updated my phone to 6.1.1 and was left disappointed. After viewing the explore page for the features of the new update, I am prompted to agree to the new privacy agreement. When I click on the bottom text to take me to the privacy agreement, it simply says:
"400
Sorry. This is wrong request."
I can't use my phone at all unless I get past this screen. Is there anything I can do to fix this??? 400 Is client sided, right? So... I'm pretty much done for?
Any help will be appreciated besides "factory reset your phone" I'm sure you can understand why.

Thanks!

I would submit feedback not heard of this happening before so unsure what to suggest and yes a factory reset will most likely get you to same spot

Hello, just thought I would share the solution with you all as it was relatively simple and probably not an issue most will face to be honest. I left my house and walked as far away as necessary to get the wifi to disconnect from my phone (since I could not access the settings or pull down menu to turn it off) And that seemed to make the page load fine. Or, it could be the fact that I was able to get the code from my phone and sign in to my Samsung account, and agreed to the privacy notice there.

So, If you are facing this problem, I would suggest first signing in to your Samsung account on another device and accept the privacy agreement there, (you can receive the Samsung code from your phone on the "400" screen described in my initial post) and if that doesn't work, walk outside of your wifi range, make sure you have cell signal, restart your phone and try to access the page again.

If you encounter this issue, hope this helps! 🙂

Hey, just solved it. Ok firstly, Samsung says you need to be connected to a Wifi you've connected to before - that didn't work.

So I went to my Samsung online account, signed out of my device. And restarted my Fold 4. This time, I managed to get through. Thank God because I did not want to do a factory reset recommended by Samsung.

Hope this helps, good luck
