Fold & Flip PhonesMy Email app is not receiving mail; get it in Outlook but not the app. Worked fine until today, received it in both.

Fold & Flip PhonesHello, We understand the frustration of not receiving email in the Samsung email app. There are some steps to try to get this working again.
1. Make sure the app is updated.
2. Clear the app cache. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
3. Remove the account then add it back to the Email app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078934/
4. Try clearing the cache partition of the phone and repairing apps in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
