My phone has been turning off when I close the inside screen or when I open it up. I ran a diagnostic and it said the Flex mode sensors where malfunctioning. Auto rotate doesn't work properly either. I spent an entire day troubleshooting with no success and I believe its a hardware malfunction because its getting worse and harder to use. I HAVE OWNED FOLD 2, FOLD 3 AND FOLD 4. THIS IS A SHOCKER. my fold 3 is only 6 months old and still under warranty. I believe it's a hardware issue but would like to know if anyone else has experienced this. As a satisfied valuable customer for so many years it hurts to experience this. Also found after running diagnostics that the bottom left side of my inside screen doesn't pick up my s pen for an entire 4th of the screen in the shape of a square. This sucks. Phone is in prestine condition and treated like the gem that it is.

@Mhernandez318 I have not experienced that on my Fold 3 nor Fold 4. Unfortunately failures of components do sometimes happen. Contact support and get your phone repaired.
