Got the zfold 5 two months ago. Closed the phone by gently touching at the crease, black spot was there the next time I opened my phone. Took it in to be repaired, they produced a "fall report" and denied the repair. Problem with the report, it indicates times I was sleeping, driving, or one was the exact time I was clocking into work!!!! I need help with filing a complaint. Samsung does not stand behind their products and always make it the consumers negligence as a way of taking ownership for faulty products. Can someone help?
@user8PnDINbysp Sorry that this happened to you. I always close my Fold by touching the very edge by the hinge. I have a suspicion that most inner screen damage is done by people pressing on it to close the device.
