I will never ever buy this insurance again. I had a small hole develop on my screen and it's definitely a physical problem but I literally had to go through five different people over 2 hours on the phone just to find out where to take it to get fixed and still have to pay money so the insurance is not worth a penny and most people don't have the time of day to spend two hours to finally get someone to tell you where to take your phone. I'm so disgusted and will never ever do this again I'm going to get my phone fixed and give them their **bleep** money but this insurance is being canceled it's just a scam
Even with insurance there's usually a deductible/cost sharing. It just means you will not pay the full cost for repair/replacement. In the long run, it might be best to self-insure. Most times, over the life of the phone, the money you shell out for the insurance would equal or exceed the cost of a new phone.
