Fold & Flip PhonesI am so disappointed that I have only had my Z Fold 5 for just about 2 months and the internal screen on th3e left side keeps blinking and going black. I have tried every trick I've seen on Youtube for it to not work. I have reached out to Samsung only to be told that I have to find a authorized Samsung repair center which is nowhere close to me within 75 miles. I know my phone is on a 2 year manufacturer warranty. I have never dropped my phone or slammed it close. I also had a friend warn me that her fold screen had a black line in the crease only after 3 weeks. I am at my wits end on what to do with a phone that I cannot use when it is open. The main feature that I purchased it for. I'm somewhat starting to gravitate toward the "fruit" and I hate that fruit products. Please Samsung do something!

You can also test the hardware by opening the Members app and selecting Support then Phone Diagnostics.
If the left side continues to experieince the symptoms, we would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link below to request service. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. Please note, Samsung does offer ship-in service. Shipping the phone service does take approximately 7-14 business days, including shipping.
