Multi view three apps at once doesn't work on Z Fold 3

Since the update to Android 12 I'm not able to open three apps at once. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Setting>labs>multi window for all apps

Still working for me. Try this:

1. Use the "Open in split screen view" on the first app.
2. Select the 2nd app from the screen that pops up.
3. To get the 3rd app, open the Edge panel. Long press on an app and slide it over onto the screen.
