Spen fold will not take pictures or scroll

Hello do anyone know how to activate the s spen fold for the zfold phone. I can't use the pen to take pictures or scroll threw the apps with my pen as with my note. It seems like it doesn't recognize it unless i open the phone up. Thanks for any suggestions.

The S-pen only works on the internal display, and needs to be the one specifically designed for the Fold as the internal display can be scratched by the normal S-pen

@Thatboinezy As @TipsyTrex said, only the inner screen has the digitizer and therefore the only place that the S Pen is usable. 

You must use the S Pen Fold edition or S Pen Pro. Only the S Pen Pro will give you Air actions (snap pictures, etc.).
