I need help please - my flip screen broke yet again, I cannot access the screen but need to download some stuff off it and onto a iPhone 15 - I am using a Mac laptop and it will not let me run the Smart Switch, even though I followed it exactly and allowed all the suggestions from the "device recovery" and "system extension" boxes. I have reinstalled it and restarted the laptop and followed the above advice, nothing is working! Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!! by the way this was the second time the screen went black - the first time I claimed on the insurance and got another one but this time I will not bother. It broke both times on the hinge, so I suspect this is a fault, I am a 60 year old so do not use it to excess, just take piccys and calls.
